Geothermal letter to California Energy Commission

Urged the board to vote no on ratifying the letter, arguing the state shouldn't streamline permitting while a flagship Lithium Valley project's environmental review is still before the Court of Appeal.

Also opposed the letter, saying it's about transparency and trust, and questioned whether the board has done the right thing ahead of a court case.
